What this site does

Specifically, this site has:

• a text size control in the header (labelled "Aa") that switches to a larger type size across every page, for the current visit
• a motion control in the header that turns off scroll-triggered animation, on top of automatically respecting your device's own reduced-motion setting if you already have one turned on
• descriptive alt text on every photograph, written for the specific photo rather than a generic caption
• a single, logical heading structure on every page
• full keyboard operability, including the photo gallery, the FAQ accordion and the mobile menu

What it doesn't do yet

There is no high-contrast colour mode yet. If this site's colours are hard to read, your browser or operating system's own contrast tools will work here — we have not blocked or overridden them.

How the text size and motion controls work

Neither control stores anything on your device — no cookies, no local storage — in keeping with this site's cookie policy. That means your choice applies as you move between pages during a visit, and resets if you reload the page or come back later.
